Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products being personalised we can only offer refunds, if WE make a mistake when printing. So please be clear and leave any additional instructions in your emails when ordering. If we make a mistake we are more than happy to offer a FREE replacement or refund, just contact us to discuss.

We use Royal Mail to deliver all your orders and Delivery timescales are approximate for standard UK and RM24 (Royal Mail 24), if your order is delayed in the post for reasons beyond are control, unfortunately we cannot refund you unless royal mail mark your item as lost which can take up to 15 days, however over 95% of these orders Do arrive within 1-4 working days.

Special delivery Next Working Day items, should arrive the next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday, this service is Guaranteed by Royal Mail and if they do not arrive when advised we can refund your shipping cost via royal mail.
