UK Shipping Methods

Once your order is processed and posted, here are the advised delivery timescales from Royal Mail.

STANDARD DELIVERY

approx. 2-5 Business Days - £3.75 (Via RM48 Tracked)

EXPRESS DELIVERY

approx. 1-3 Business Days - £4.95 (Via RM24 Tracked)

SPECIAL DELIVERY

GUARENTEED Next Working Day* - £9.95 (Via RM Special)

All our postage is processed through Royal Mail. We Dispatch items every Weekday Mon - Fri. (exclu. UK Bank Hols)
RM24, RM48 & Special deliveries are delivered by royal mail and may require a signature on delivery. All Delivery aims are provided to us by Royal Mail,

PLEASE NOTE,

We can only post out orders when the post office is open and royal mail collecting.

Royal Mail DO NOT class the weekend or UK Bank Holidays as Business days

(*SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS - If you purchase after 2pm Friday up to 2pm Monday your item will arrive before 1pm Tuesday excluding any UK Bank Holidays)

(In the unfortunate event of royal mail failing their guaranteed service, we will be able to claim a refund on your behalf for the postal cost for special delivery, however due to the nature of our products being personalised, we will not be able to refund the product as they cannot be returned to be resold.  Orders sent via the Tracked24 and Tracked48 method need to allow up to 10 working days for delivery before royal mail will accept it as lost. Royal Mail advertise the tracked24 and tracked48 delivery timescales are only a guide and not a guarantee.)

All Orders are processed and posted within 1 business day, and in some cases if ordered before 12.30pm we will have them posted the same day.
